I’m back from traveling in South Korea and I had probably the most refreshing and the most enjoyable trips in long while. I hiked Bukhansan mountain and reached Baegundae Peak

A common knee issue that I see here at the clinic is Patellofemoral Syndrome which has pain in and around the knee cap.

Frozen Shoulder (adhesive capsulitis): immobility of shoulder due to scar tissue build up around the shoulder which reduces ease of movement

So June 10 has come and gone. However, we didn't do the Niagara Falls ride and I think for good reason. Our ride down the Don Valley trail told us a lot about how prepared we actually were and if we were able to make it Niagara Falls in one single day. 

It's been awhile since I've posted... I had a post here about 5 days ago that go lost somewhere in the drafting process which listed about what has been going on in the last couple of weeks with training and my bike fitting.
